Peachtree Park Master Plan

The Peachtree Park Civic Association has contracted Canvas Planning Group to develop a master plan for the neighborhood that will:

• Address issues related to Peachtree Road and Piedmont Road

• Address issues related to the preservation of the residential character of the neighborhood

• Address traffic and transportation issues

• Provide overall recommendations for future improvements to our sidewalks, paths, streets, and parks

Two Community Forums have been scheduled to engage residents and area business representatives in the planning process. The first forum will allow participants to provide input into what elements should be included in the master plan and the second forum will allow participants to provide feedback on the draft plan before it goes through the adoption process.

• The first Community Forum is scheduled for Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 7:00 pm in Hope 2 and 3 of the InterContinental Hotel located at 3315 Peachtree Road NE

• The second Community Forum is scheduled for Thursday, November 20 at 7:00 pm at the InterContinental Hotel (room TBD)

Once completed, the master plan will be submitted to the Atlanta City Council for adoption and will be incorporated into the City Planning Department Plan A Comprehensive Development Plan.

Any master plan information displayed on this site will be in draft form and subject to change until the final plan has been adopted by the Atlanta City Council.
